The main floor
Wide open and built for lifting. Racks, platforms, dumbbells to 155, and specialty iron, all in one line of sight.
The turf room
40 feet of turf out back, with garage doors that open when the weather's right. Room for sleds, carries, and conditioning work.
The posing room
A dedicated room with the right lighting for the competitors and anyone who wants to see the work paying off.
The details
Entry is 24/7 for members on a key tag, so the whole space is yours any hour of any day. There are clean bathrooms on site. We'll be straight with you on one thing: there are no showers here. Everything else, you have to see in person.
