How you train
Bodybuilding

We built this floor for hypertrophy: plate-loaded Hammer Strength, the ISO leg press and DY row, an Arsenal pendulum squat, a full dumbbell rack, and a private posing room for when prep gets serious.
Iso-lateral machines are a big part of it. Each side works on its own arm, so you can push a set close to failure without a bar over your face, and train one side at a time to bring up a weaker arm or leg.
What you'll use
Hammer Strength · ISO leg press · DY row · pendulum squat · posing room
What you'll train on
- Legs: the Hammer Strength ISO leg press, the Arsenal pendulum squat, the Sorinex belt squat and a Hammer Strength leg extension.
- Back: the Hammer Strength DY row and the cable stacks.
- Glutes: a Booty Builder hip thrust machine.
- Everything else: dumbbells, benches and plate-loaded machines.
A sample split
- Push: chest, shoulders and triceps on the plate-loaded machines and dumbbells.
- Pull: DY row, cable work and biceps.
- Legs: ISO leg press, pendulum squat, leg extension and hip thrust.
Run it twice through, take a rest day, and add a rep or a plate when you can.
Tracking a cut or a bulk
The scale can't tell you whether you're losing fat or muscle. The InBody 570 can: it breaks out body fat, muscle and water on one sheet. And when a show gets close, the private posing room is there to practice your routine.
