How you train
Turf, Conditioning & Recovery

Build your engine and recover under one roof. You get a turf runway for sled pushes and carries, cardio machines for intervals or steady-state work, and assisted stretching with Colin or Isabella.
Conditioning doesn't have to mean an hour on a treadmill. Short, hard efforts on the turf, some steady cardio and real recovery get you fitter without wrecking your lifting.
What you'll use
Turf runway · sleds & carries · cardio · assisted stretching
On the turf
Sled pushes and pulls, farmer's carries and walking lunges are simple to learn and easy to scale. Go hard for 20 to 40 seconds, rest until you can go again, and repeat 6 to 10 times. Two short sessions a week is a good start.
Cardio
Treadmills and stair climbers line the cardio wall. Use them for steady 20 to 40 minute sessions at a pace where you could still hold a conversation, or for intervals when you're short on time.
Recovery
Assisted stretching is a 30-minute, hands-on session with Colin or Isabella. Sleep and food matter as much as the training itself. If you want to see what's changing, the InBody 570 shows body fat, muscle and water on one sheet.
