Power racks, a deadlift platform with bumper plates, a Valor log bar and fat bars. Dumbbells, cable stacks, treadmills and stair climbers, a turf room in the back for sled work and carries, and a posing room.
The owners, Matt and Colin, are at the front desk day to day. Ask them where something is, or ask for a spot.
