24/7 Gym near Litchfield & Bantam, CT

About fifteen minutes from Litchfield and Bantam.

There's plenty of pretty scenery in Litchfield and Bantam. When it's time to train, Atlas is a quick fifteen-minute drive down Route 202 into Torrington, and it's worth every mile.

You'll find specialty iron here: reverse hyper, elevated belt squat, iso leg press, and a full rack of Rogue and Hammer Strength. Members train 24/7, so an early drive beats the crowd.

Try a day pass first. One session on this floor and the drive stops feeling like a drive.

Getting here

Take Route 202 east into Torrington, then pick up Route 4 west to Migeon Ave. Atlas is at 634, with free parking out front and around back, so there's no hunting for a spot after the drive.

Make the drive count

When the gym is fifteen minutes away, build sessions worth the trip. Start with one main lift, add two or three accessory movements around it, and finish with a few minutes of sled pushes or carries on the turf in the back room. Two or three full sessions a week will take you further than five rushed ones.

Where to start

  • The Sorinex elevated belt squat: heavy leg work with no bar on your back.
  • The Rogue reverse hyper: lower back and glutes, after squats or deadlifts.
  • The Hammer Strength DY row: a back day you can load up.

Try it first
